We take great care in ensuring your coral frags arrive healthy, vibrant, and ready to thrive in your aquarium.
 

📦 Shipping Method

All coral frags are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, ensuring fast and reliable next-day service across the UK. This premium service helps minimize stress during transit and maximizes coral survival.

** We will not ship without a nominated delivery day **
 

🧊 Packaging & Protection

To safeguard your coral during transport:

• Frags are packed in polystyrene-insulated shipping boxes for superior temperature control.

• A 40-hour heat pack is included to maintain a stable, reef-safe environment during colder conditions.

• Each frag is securely mounted inside a sealed coral container, preventing movement and physical damage in transit.
   

🔁 DOA Policy (Dead on Arrival)

In the rare event your coral arrives deceased:

• Photographic evidence of the unopened coral inside the original container is required within 2 hours of recorded delivery (based on the Royal Mail signature timestamp).

• If verified, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, based on your preference.

• We cannot accept responsibility for coral health after placement in your aquarium, as tank conditions and acclimation procedures vary.

• No claims can be honoured if delivery is delayed due to the recipient not being present to accept the parcel or any other customer-related issues.

• Delivery guarantees are subject to Royal Mail's terms and conditions.
